If i reedem the code i can see the DLC but when i will agree i got a error code.

xbox gold redeem code problem

Hello there, i have e little problem with my xbox gold reedem code for 1 month. i just buyed a new xbox, i creadted the profile but when i insert the reedem code i get the error 'please insert a valid reedem code', someting like that? can you please tell
me what should i do? is there some email address where can i send the reedem code to be checked by someone? thank you!

Kazakhstan is not a supported region so that is why you are getting an error, a lot of codes are region locked and you have to have all 3 of these match: account region, console region, and physical region. if none of those match up you cannot redeem codes
for region locked content there is now way around this especially if you are in a non supported live region sorry.

I think this is a serious problem, as even when you type the error code into the "Support" section for error codes, there aren't any results for help. It would be great if someone got back to us to see what the problem is.

Yes, I agree with you. We paid to this code and we are unable to reedem it in our accounts and it seems no one knows about this.

Did anyone tried to contact the support directly to talk about this situation? I'll just be able to do this later in this weekend =(

i got a reedem code from my friend in england and i put it in and it says error code 887056
