My redeemed minecraft legends standard game is not letting me install it

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Minecraft legends deluxe code.

Please try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:



- Make sure your console is connected to the internet and you are signed in with the same account that redeemed the code.

- Go to Settings > Account > Manage subscriptions and check if the Minecraft legends deluxe pack is listed there. If not, try redeeming the code again or contact us for further assistance.

- Go to My games & apps > See all > Manage game and add-ons and check if the Minecraft legends deluxe pack is installed. If not, select it and install it.

- Launch the game and go to the Marketplace tab. Select the Minecraft legends deluxe pack and press A to download it.

- Restart the game and check if you can access the skins.

I started to install another game - Apex Legends. Only Minecraft is bothering me. I uninstalled that game in an attempt to install the latest version.

For this kind of issue I would recommend to directly contact to the Mojang support team they're the one who supporting the Minecraft game and they have the right tools that can further assist you if incase you encounter some issue with redeeming the Minecraft Legend.

I understand you have a question about purchasing a key for Minecraft Legends and how it is redeemed.

If you purchase a Minecraft Legends key labeled for the Microsoft Store, you will be able to redeem it on the Microsoft Store website or app.

It will not be redeemable on the Minecraft.net website.

If you redeem the key on the Microsoft Store, it should show up in your Minecraft launcher as long as you are signed in with the same Microsoft account.

Now all the sudden after getting a notification about minecraft legends it lets me join it now
