    i paid for a redeem card which is hat got me started playing online...now my time is up which mean i have to by a nuther redeem card ,however i game a promo which is pose to let my used redeem card be redeemed, which mean i get a free redeem card right
    ??? however i nolonger have the redeem card or the 25 character code so is their a way that i can somehow get that code back without having the card ????

    Codes are one time use only. There would be no way to use that same code again.

    I redeemed the gift card on my xbox one and this was during the xbox outage but I didn’t know. It said it redeemed it but I checked my balance and it was 0, I retried again after the outage was over and it said that the card was already redeemed.

    I’m trying to switch from the 10$ gift card to GPU pass ultimate on Xbox app however it doesn’t give me the option of manage.

    Wait but why there’s the auto redeem option on rewards? I have my credit card on file! I’m just trying to switch my auto redeem from the 10$ gift card to the GAME PASS ULTIMATE that’s all!

    I could not redeem prepaid code, it says something went wrong!

    I have the same problem .. The thing is the redeem card from my region .. and still the same message comes very time. .. I used more than 2 redeem card and it's works fine
