my rebuilt xbox one turns itself off

Hello, I need help just a few hours ago I turn on my xbox one and it goes off by itself, I stopped playing almost a week for tasks and just today I was turning on my console and it turned on then it went off on its own and then it
did not turn on anymore, It was heard that it turned on and then off it did not last long, if anyone knows I could help solve this problem that I am having, I would appreciate it too much. my xbox one was just going to be 3 years old.

I would double check that your transformer has enough wattage to run the Xbox One. That would definitely cause it to shut off. In addition the "power cycling technique you mentioned is found here:

support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console.

Also take a look at the lights on the power supply and see how they are acting: support.xbox.com/.../power-supply-indicator

You may need to contact support, however, I am not sure what is going to be the outcome of using a US console in another territory.

Hello all,

I bought a Xbox one from the US and i live in Europe. i bought a Transformer for the voltage and started it, i didn't had any Xbox one games so i decided to buy the digital version of Call of Duty: Ghosts. I started the game, and after the Campaign loading
screen my console turned itself off.

I looked at the web and found out that you can do a real shutdown on your Xbox by holding down the powerbutton for some seconds and also remove the powercord for minute, none of this worked. I even reinstalled the game and had the console off for a whole
day without any cords connected to it. Today morning i tried one more time but no, it just didn't want to work..

So my questions are:

• Did i do anything wrong? Have any of you people had this problem and resolved by doing something different?
  
• Has the Transformer something to do with it not working right?
• Or is it wrong with my console?
