My Realm Is about to expire even though I just paid it a couple of days ago?

I had a similar experience about a month ago, my best advice is to open a support ticket with Mojang! They will contact you as soon as possible and help you with the problem. They helped me with my Realms subscription!

Hi Kim it just says my game pass has expired. I have checked with Telstra my provider and I'm all paid up so my subscription hasn't expired I also looked on my Microsoft account and it's all valid and paid. Game pass was working a couple of days ago.

I paid for the realm 3 days before it randomly became expired. Basically I renewed it, played on it, and 3 days later it expired.

I have exactly the same issue, and it has happened twice to me now. The Realm says it has expired even though the recurring billing function charged me on the renewal date, then a few days later the realm says expired, and so I click renew and it charges me for a new realm as well. I am currently being charged for 3 realms when I actually only have 1!!!

Can someone please help.
