My "randomly" assigned gamertag is highly offensive to me. I have Ailurophobia, a fear of cats. Do I even need to explain why? Not only do find this name insulting, its downright degrading. I'm unfamiliar with this new form of bullying. Is this not
a breach of your own terms?

For some reason my previous gamertag was banned for which I do not understand. It did not violate any of your policies. It was not offensive, did not contain profanity, it was not political, religious, or refer to any kind of hate, violence, or sexual
innuendos.

I've already contacted live customer support, and told them my situation. No attempt was made to help me, and the last representative who claimed to be a supervisor/"manager", argued with me, chastised me of my reason for calling, made fun of me,
and criticized me of my previous infractions with Xbox Live.

I'm highly offended by my "randomly" assigned gamertag. So I'm forced to pay 10 dollars to change it? Is this really how you treat your customers?

With the New Gamertag Changes You Should Be Able to Atleast Get One Free And Change It To Something You Like. Theres Absolutely No Reason To Make A Big Deal About It. I Have a Fear of spiders and even if microsoft gave me a random GT Named PurpleSpider8364

These are the steps you can take to change your Gamertag, although be advised if you've already changed it there is a $10 fee.

You guys wanna ban my old gametag fine. But to change it to BigKitten and make me pay money to change it? That literally subjectively translates into Big [mod removed]. My dad is attorney thank goodness. My dad is best friends with a lawyer that sued
Microsoft like 20 years ago. He married an the owner a professional sports franchise. I'm sure there are connections there somewhere. If you guys are going to ban my name and change it to something that would be far more easily interpreted as a sexual

Nobody is going to know that I have a fear of cats, plus that is clearly not going to get me anywhere by telling that. I've already told the support team and they mocked me. I've already had people call me Big [mod removed] in games already now, and
that's why I'm bugged by it. Do I need offer every bit of information of my life to convince you? You're already cross examining and questioning my integrity? I seriously can't believe this. That is how the guy treated me when I called.

The devils advocate here, undermining everyone objection to unfair treatment. I've read your replies to others with similar situations. Seems like you tell everyone to just let the large company walk all over us and just eat it.
