    My Quests say incomplete, but it was finished


    Hello, my Xbox quests for May have not updated to show I downloaded the 2 games with gold, which was one of the requirements. It say I only downloaded 1. I downloaded both super mega baseball and the Sega vintage streets of rage game at the same moment.
    I went into chat with support and they verified that I did download these games in May. Super Mega baseball is downloaded on May 14, 2018 while Sega Vintage Collection: Streets of Rage on May 15, 2018. My gametag is

    I have worked on my May Quests with Gold and have completed them all and downloaded the two games but it does not say I have finished it even though I have downloaded both games. Will I still get my reward?

    Xbox Quest Says Incomplete (Not Correct)

    You may want to try a power cycle by pressing the power button for 10 seconds and then unplugging the power cord for 10 seconds. Once that is done you can start it back up.
    Thanks for the reply Wolfie. I was doing this through Windows 10 PC. I don't know how to check my status on Xbox One. But I'm sure this should basically be the same. I think the issue is on Microsoft's side. Although it says so, I don't think it has
    me as completing the 3 hours of multiplayer 3 days in a row. They have to investigate whether or not I have completed the three hours.

    Thieves guild glitch and or problem, help!!!

    Thieves Guild is apprently buggy as well... On one of my characters i did the quest right after your accepted and finished it.. Then told to talk to some lady but it never gave me a quest and the Quest giver just goes on saying he is busy talk to him later

    You should have a Quest log for it in your incomplete quests, make it you active quest and then go follow the markers. I think You have to sign on with a group of explorers and then head through the southern passage in the bottom of the Ettinmoors or whatever
    they are called.
