I'm not sure what you mean with cheats, but no, there are no cheats in Xbox Cloud Gaming. That service can be used to play all your games without installing them on your PC/Xbox.

Also, with Xbox Cloud Gaming you can play the games on Mobile and in your TV, if you have compatible ones. So no, there are no cheats in the service.

I have the same problem, I get open Nat and I get the message your Network is behind address restricted Nat. I don't have a problem playing online but I can't talk in party chat

The only question have I is why do people constantly compare video games to our current society? It's a game, lets not forget it is not real. Character are developed with certain traits for game play reasons. I know people take this fantasy world to the
