My PURCHASED Movies and TV Shows Have Disappeared!!!

Hello,

I signed on several days ago and attempted to watch one of the movies that I purchased thru Xbox 360, and all of my movies and TV shows (except one show - Workaholics) are GONE! I thought maybe if I turned it off and gave it a day or two it would come back.
Still nothing.

Please remedy this issue, as I paid money for these movies and TV shows, and I expect to be able to use goods for which I have paid hard earned cash, even if it is online content.

All My Movies and TV Shows are missing.

All of my movies and tv shows I've purchased have completely disappeared. I have purchased over 100's of dollars on this. I know for certain I had the movies listed. The Comebacks, Jennifers Body, I Spit on Your Grave, Battle Los Angelis, Resident Evil:
Afterlife and many more. I also know that I had many episodes of Naruto Shippuden, RJ Burger, and other random TV shows purchased. I am unaware of how these shows disappeared but I think it has something to do with an update or transferring my account to Xbox
One. I have tried the refresh purchases option too. They also show up on this site. http://video.xbox.com/collection

Xbox Video not syncing with pc or surface

I have several purchased tv shows and movies that show as being purchased on my xbox but do not appear on my pc or surface. Any idea why?

I had this same issue but on Xbox One. My movies disappeared for like a month or so. Ill pass this thread along to sime people who can look into it for you. It would be helpful if you could list the content you are missing too.

Thanks for reaching out! You should be able to find your movie under Movies & TV
in the store. From the main dashboard go to Store > Movies & TV > My Movies & TV > Purchased. All your purchased movies, whether you own or renting them will show up there.

Yes I am trying to purchase from the Movies & TV store on Xbox one and it won't let me buy any movies or tv shows. I can't even get to the purchase phase because when I click on the movie or tv show it won't even do anything, I can just keep clicking without
it going to the purchase phase.

Move one step to the left to My Videos and you'll see sections for the movies and TV shows you've purchased.
