Discus and support my purchased didntr go through need to have my points forced back in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; i used my rewards points on xbox to purchase a variety of 5 and 3 dollar cards . however 4 of them didnt go through and my points didnt kickl back to...     i used my rewards points on xbox to purchase a variety of 5 and 3 dollar cards . however 4 of them didnt go through and my points didnt kickl back to my account . i need them forced back . please and thankyou

    I just buy games. If I can get it used or at a discount then I will. I don't go through a moral battle of where my money is going and how I am personally affecting the market or industry. At this point im leaning more towards favoring digital purchases over anything, don't have to get up and deal with anyone to get my games. I have the common sense to know that my sole purchasing habits/decisions are not going to be the straw that broke the gaming industries back.

    Please keep in mind that the reward may take up to 24 hours to arrive, so if that time period hasn't passed yet, it's advisable to wait. Also, most rewards are sent via email as a code, so I recommend checking your inbox. Additionally, please make sure to check your spam/junk folder in case it's there.

    If more than 24 hours pass without you receiving the reward then I recommend going to the order history of your Microsoft Rewards account using the following link and pressing the "Resend" button to have code sent to you by email again:
