My purchased account in the game TESO (18+) was banned on the obviously false and absurd...

It all started when the troll wrote me obsessive private messages in the game. This troll got in the teeth from me for harassing me, and wrote a complaint to Game Support.

Support did not investigate and simply carried out punitive actions against me, showing solidarity with the troll. The basis for their punishment for me was my harsh tone towards the troll.

Do you know another way to protect yourself from harassment on the Internet?

In response to this situation, I created an Appeal to the Entertainment Software Association (USA), on the "change.org" website.





My goal:

1. Stop the organized theft of money from players, by blocking the accounts they bought in games, with the help of trolls in games. 2. Stop reading the personal correspondence of players in games by employees working for the owners of the game.

3. Allow to have a "black list" of players, not limited in size, in order to block trolls in games.

The day after this petition was created, I received an email notification from Game Support (without specifying the name and position of the person who wrote the letter) about the suspension of my game account. The reason for blocking the account was called "an investigation into possible harm to children" on my part. That is, the Game Support openly accused me of pedophilia and blocked my purchased account. Please note, this game is 18+ and has no kids.

Of course, this is vileness and absurdity, in fact, this is a bullying on the Internet against me.

Due to the fact that Microsoft is the owner of this game, I am contacting Microsoft officially now. I demand an investigation into this incident. You must punish those responsible, who are obliged to give me a public apology.
