    My purchase was billed but didn’t give me what I purchased on my account


    Recently while I was logged into my Xbox account on my ipad, i made a 20 dollar purchase of some coins in Minecraft, and at the time it did go through, but there was difficulty with the purchase switching to my device, not my account. The next morning, all
    purchases had been lost, and I checked my email and there was a bill confirming the purchase. I have tried updating my iPad, logging in and out, and turning my system on and off, but was wary not to delete the app with the device glitch. Please help me. I
    also checked billing Xbox account but it didn’t show anything at all.

    TDLR ; Made a confirmed purchase on an account, it sort of worked for a night, then the next morning it vanished, but still billed me.

    You may want to get in touch with Xbox Support via https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

    They should be able to look into your account and see whats going on as this is potentially a billing issue.

    I can’t do a refund because the order won’t even show up on my microsoft account, but it still took the money, this is the first time this has ever occurred

    It may take a few hours for the order to appear in your account's purchase history.

    Can you find your order in your purchase history and the status is ''completed''?
    You can check your purchase history through this link. https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    Also check that the account you used to buy the coins is the same one you use in the game, if it's different you won't receive the coins in the account you're expecting.

    If everything is ok with your purchase and it was purchased with the correct account, it may take up to 24 hours for you to receive the coins in your account, the developer may take a little longer.

    If after 24 hours nothing happens, contact Activision, if they don't help you you can ask for a refund.

    I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

    After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

    First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

    Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

    If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > General > Network setting > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address: clear

    Then, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

    If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps
