My punch card

    Missing My reward points

    Hello I have purchased three games on the punch card before the release date of the game it was call of duty WW2, sim 4, and star wars battlefront 2 I didn't received my points because one of the punch card didn't get punch in. So I was hoping if you can
    help me with the problem with the punch card I would like to receive my 15,000 points.

    Only pre-orders during the offer period are eligible for the offer. Since only your pre-order of Dead Rising 4 was made during the offer period, it was the only purchase that awarded a punch.
