    My profile won’t pull up on Xbox for me or friends. Says sorry try again.


    So after the update that put the chat and group options on the right of your friends list when I try to pull up my profile link on Xbox one x for myself or even press A on friends in friend list all it does is says for my profile after a while of not loading sorry try again later. For my friends the space where all the info is suppose to be is just a black space and all I can do is press B to back out of that screen. I did miss a sync to xbox that day it synced and pressed B in a hurry when the screen keep syncing popped up. Could this be the problem or is this a problem with xbox?

    Im having problems recovering my profile it says that: Sorry there was a problem please try again later. Then it give me the code 80072746 i hit ok then it says: Sorry, xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now try again later and it gives me the
    same code. Can anyone help me please?

    code 80151011/ Cant sign into Xbox Live.

    This is not working for me. When I try to re download my profile a message error comes up saying

    'Sorry, Xbox LIVE profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later. 80151911'

    Is Xbox going to do anything for the people who can't reconnect to live?

    I am having the same issues. ):

    Won’t load my messages.

    ‘Live updates are unavailable, pull down to refresh’

    I pull down and nothing happens

    All my friends names say ‘loading...’

    Then it freezes.

    I hope this gets resolved /:
