My profile picture wasn’t allowed to be uploaded

It says I have a suspension on my account because of a profile picture I wanted to upload. I understand nothing can be done about the suspension (as much as I disagree with that). I don’t understand why I got the suspension however. It’s literally just a picture of my dark souls character as I find it funny and it’s my the character I have put the most amount of time into out of anything else I’ve played. Why is a dark souls character breaking the community guidelines? There’s nothing rude about it either, just a funny camera angle on him without armour, only shoulders neck and face are visible.

There are several reasons why you probably got a suspension, perhaps the image is copyrighted (Although I think this would not be a reason for suspension, they just remove the image and that's it). But perhaps the team in charge determined that the image did not meet the requirements, or it could also be an error.

Your suspension should be reflected in the following link, there you can file an appeal and the team in charge will examine your account and make a decision. If the suspension is temporary and lasts a very short time, 2/3 days, then unfortunately an appeal cannot be filed, and you just have to wait for the time to expire.

ON these forums it doesn't allow you to choose xbox profile pictures. you can upload a manual one, but not choose an xbox profile picture

I’m having the same issue, I upload a custom profile pic in the Xbox app and it usually automatically works but it didn’t and the “we still have your picture” that you’d usually see at the top of your profile after uploading a custom image wasn’t there. (This happened right when I ran out of gamepass ultimate)

My brother selected a custom profile picture yesterday and it uploaded and worked immediately. I put custom profile pictures on my alt accounts yesterday and they uploaded immediately. For some reason my main account will not add the profile picture even when it says it’s pending. It’s not affecting everyone’s.

Hello Josef and hello to everyone else, I'm a Microsoft Xbox user as well. I'm here because I have a similar problem. I created a Xbox club named,"Nation Of Santa Blanca", I have been able to customize everything except my club profile picture. For some reason, I'm only allowed to choose from default club pictures. I want to put a logo as "Nation of Santa Blanca" club picture but nothing happens when I attempt to upload.
