Discus and support my profile picture needs to be reviewed so it can be there in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; i dont know why but i posted a pic of X for my profile on xbox and they said they needed to review it and now i have been waiting for a while.........     Custome gamer picture

    This process of reviewing the custom picture can take several days. Please be patient and once they have reviewed it you will see your picture or be notified why it was not accepted.

    I would rather them let end users add their own pictures ala steam. To prevent anything inappropriate it would allow on to report the image ala profile texts. Or an alternate route would be changing the image on Xbox.com and it could be reviewed via community
    programs before applied to the profile.

    The Xbox Live report system is practically run by the players.

    Anything less than 24 hours is not eligible for a review as it would take longer to review than the ban lasts.

    Enforcement actions are not immediate either so not sure how often your profile picture changes or if it was that specific profile picture.

    I am experiencing this as well, but I recently cancelled my subscription to game pass ultimate and ever since I have been unable to change my profile picture and I have been waiting for a little while for it to be reviewed while my friends can change their profile picture instantly.

    Here’s the weird part, as of NOW the suspension is still in effect yet I can still change my gamer pic freely. I’ve changed to a profile picture I absolutely know doesn’t violate guidelines. So, just waiting on my case review to be responded to at this point.

    Profile pictures have been fixed.The temporary disabled issue is back to normal has been for a few weeks. All profile pictures will usually be reviewed and if they offend someone and they report it the picture will be investigated of course
