What do you see when you check your account through https://enforcement.xbox.com/ website? Does it say completed or not yet?

The same thing happend to me but instead I actually did have a somewhat profile picture that could be considered controversial, it was a Trump 2020 profile picture but somehow I got a communication suspension out of it even though it had nothing to do with communications, ive been suspended before for having an inappropriate profile picture about a year ago and this didnt happen, I just got suspended by not being able to customize my profile picture.

Thanks for the reply. Being a veteran Xbox member, I am familiar with the Enforcement Team's operation, and I know they don't just go around bullying people as that would be highly unprofessional. But as I stated, there was absolutely NOTHING
on my profile that was inappropriate; so I hope they review my case ASAP because the closest thing to inappropriate I had on my profile was the beverages in my picture, and that does NOT meet their standards for "inappropriate"

If you dont like the new name you will have to pay for a new name as per the terms of use

Thete is no free name change and you should take it as a lesson

No other console gives you a second chance

A bad name on any other console = instant ban not a name change

Also some other gamez charge more then 10 bucks like wow which is 25 bucks

i am still able to change my fusing gamerpic. but i’ve been suspended and restricted from changing my gamerpic. idc if i’m able to change it or whatever but why does this mean i can’t play online or talk to friends. also all i did was change my picture to many times, it was inappropriate.
