My profile doesn't show while playing backward compatible games from the xbox 360

You need to have your Xbox 360 profile downloaded on your Xbox One console while playing Xbox 360 backwards compatible games. You can try to delete and re-download it by trying these steps below:

*Launch the Xbox 360 Backwards Compatible Game

*While on the loading screen, press the Menu and View Button at the same time (Two small buttons at the center of the controller)

*Once you successfully pressed the two buttons, the Xbox 360 Guide Button should show up

*From there, you have an option to Delete or Download Your Profile

Try those steps, make sure that your profile is downloaded and signed in, then launch the Xbox 360 Backwards Compatible Game again.

Try redownloading your profile usually it works

When you say you connect your profile again do you mean you remove your profile from the xbox one side of things then add it back?

Try doing this:

1. Load up any BC game.

2. Once on the start screen hit the start and select buttons (small round buttons on either side of big xbox button on controller) at same time. This will bring up the 360 guide.

3. Go down to download profile. Hit A button.

4. Enter email and password for account.

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue with your account. Have you made sure that your 360 account is logged in properly on the Xbox One?

Go ahead and follow the steps below so that you can Remove your Profile and then re download it to your Xbox One.

To pull up your Emulator go ahead and:

> Launch 360 game

> to bring up emulator click the "menu" and "select" buttons at the same time. This will bring up your Xbox 360 Guide.

> Scroll down and select "Manage Storage"

Once you go through the storage go ahead and look for your profiles, you will remove your account. Once your account has been removed go ahead and Restart your Xbox One and then give it another try.

Is your profile downloaded? Are you signed in but perhaps can't see your Gamertag or Gamer picture? I suggest a Power Cycle and then re-download your profile.
