My profile disconnects when gaming on my Xbox One

Hi Amber,

thanks for the quick response. I already tried most of these tips. The only thing left is to connect the console straight to the modem, but thats not possible cause the modem is too far away and in another room. I have to use a switch for connecting all
my devices with the internet. You said you have the same problem... Could you solve it already? Or does your xbox live still disconnect? Did some of these tips help you?

Sorry to hear that your profile and Xbox Live keep disconnecting from you at random times. I recommend you try our Xbox
One Disconnect Solution to troubleshoot what is happening. I find that this helps out a lot when this sometimes happens to me as well.

We apologize for this issue but rest assured we are here to help. We suggest checking out
Port Forwarding since this would guarantee a stronger connection to the internet and possibly resolve this issue. Unfortunately as we don't have the steps for the router we would suggest
reaching out to the ISP (internet service provider) since they have all the information regarding this matter. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!

When I try to download my profile, I enter my email address associated with my profile, and then I'm disconnected.

This world is very close to seeing one less Xbox 360 Elite as a whole.

my xbox does the same thing, like i have my profile but when i get on i disconnect and when i try to play a game i disconnect and i have done all that too. i mean maybe its just my xbox
