    my profile can't play on xbox live


    Hello

    I have a problem when I want to play Call of Duty WW2, a message tells me that my profile can not play on Xbox live and a page offers me to become gold, as if I did not have an Xbox Live subscription while mine will expire on 21/04/2018.

    I tried to ;

    disconnect and then reconnect : not working

    delete my profile on my xbox and then reconnect : not working

    clear the cache of my xbox : not working

    Disconnect from internet and retype the wifi password of my box : not working

    tried to see if i had a parental control set on my xbox or something but everything good. I also chose the option "no restrictions"

    i dont know what it this,, i saw a lot of people who had the same problem.. but i tried everything.

    Have you tried a hard reset/reboot of your xbox console? Just hold down the front power button on your xbox, then once the power supply light goes out, unplug the power supply from the back of the xbox, wait 30 secs, and then plug it back in. This way you
