    There is a system problem at the moment that is the points problem.

    The achievement is another problem, were you using cloud storage for your games and this happened?

    It looks like you are being affected by a known issue where user's billable account information is corrupted and sent incorrectly. We have escalated this issue to another team to resolve. However, I see that you recently received a deposit on the 12th before
    the error resumed again on the 26th. Can you recall doing anything with your billable accounts that may have brought a change with your deposits? This information may aid in assisting our other team with their resolution. We see that this error caused a failure
    on September 28th, your deposit succeeded on the 12th, and then the error caused another failure on the 26th.

    Hey Sadike! Just to be clear then, your console at home does not have an internet connection, correct? If so, then that would be the reason for the discrepancy, as without an internet connection, your console can't update your account's stats on Xbox.com.
    Next time you can connect to the internet with your console and sign into LIVE, those stats should be updated. :)
