Ok I bought my 1600 Microsoft points card and bought Hole In The Wall ( which works perfectly) and San Andreas which wont even start. I downloaded it on my Xbox 360 which it says it would work because I met the requirements. I've tried emptying the cache
and re downloading. To no avail. PLeaseeee help to anyway with same problem that solved. I have a Black Xbox 360 Slim. With an original Xbox 320 gb hard drive.

Im having the same problem with my 15 month old xbox one s. It wont even light up. I see that it's a common problem. My xbox 360 is still working after 5 years.

you can contact microsoft support and say "my friend bought me (insert game here) and he didn't know i lived in a diffrent riegon. is there a way i can still use the code" ive bought my friend sevral games (even from a diffrent region) and had microsoft
reps change it and apply it to the recievers acc. ive had this work multiple times. hope i was able to help some ^_^

Had same issue on my old white 360 but diffrent game mass effect colectors did all you did broke down bought new hd no more issues....
