My primary alias has been changed to an unrecognized email

Based on the description, you are receiving alerts of the changes of your security information which you did not initiated. Let us check and see on what we can do to help resolve your concern in a timely manner.

Before we go any further, we would like to set your proper expectations that Microsoft accounts are fully managed and handled by an automated server and we don't have manual access to it because Microsoft really takes our security and privacy very seriously.

If you received an email or text alerting you to an unusual sign-in attempt on your account but you haven't done anything different with your account recently, follow these steps to review your account security:

• Sign in to the Security basics page for your Microsoft account.
  
• On the Your security info change is still pending window, select the link, let us know towards the bottom of the window and follow the prompts. See Screenshot:

Thank you so much for your reply and for clarification.

I totally believe that you are not trying to scam our dedicated Xbox support team. I would love to assist you further regarding this matter. However, we do not have any option to since this can only be done on the side of our dedicated Xbox support team. I highly suggest you contact them again and provide every proof that you have to get this one settled.

Second i tried to contact microsoft customer support multiple times via phone number and it says im trying to scam them or something but i never called them since this time if you can help me reach the customer support via phone i would be grateful to you.

Just for clarification i have every proof that i own the account and i even have the messages that says my primary alias has been changed so yeah.

The first thing you should do is to reset your password by going to https://account.live.com/password/Reset. This will help you regain control of your account. After resetting your password, you should try to change your primary alias by going to https://account.live.com/. If you are unable to change your primary alias, you may need to contact Microsoft customer support for further assistance. They will be able to help you recover your account and ensure that it is secure since they will be able to pull up your account and double check it further.
