    I play Jigsaw already a number of years, always with a premium subscription. Recently it started to report that I need to upgrade to premium to get rid of the advertising. When I follow the instructions to do that it tell me that I already have the premium
    subscription, but the message to upgrade and the advertising remain .. frustrating ..

    What can I do ..

    I got it fixed ! Uninstalled all jigsaw games on all the computers and rebooted after that. Then reinstalled the game .. thanks everyone for the suggestions

    Are you playing on a different device to what you normally would?

    It does seem like there is an issue with the game itself and it's ability to recognize your subscription.

    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game (if possible)

    also restarting the device may help.

    Just make sure that you are signed in with the account that should have premium in the jigsaw app/game. Also just check to see if you have a past due balance for that subscription.

    Hi,

    I did several things without effect:

    1 . On the device that I always used I performed a 'reset' in the app settings of Microsoft Jigsaw

    2. I did several restarts of that device

    3. On another second device I logged in with the same Microsoft account for the game and installed it. It was properly installed and synced with the account data. Unfortunately , the same problem.

    4. On that second device I logged in with another account, started the game , upgraded to Premium , checked if the payment was completed, (it was!) .. then same problem. The premium setting was not done and the game repeats the offer to 'Upgrade to Premium'
    .

    Now what ??
