My prebuilt pc keeps crashing when playing games.

Is there any chance that you can provide us with the information that we need in order for us to fully isolate your concern.

As we cannot provide you with possible/accurate troubleshooting steps if you won't answer any of the questions down below:

• Are you noticing any kind of overheating on your CPU and GPU when this BSOD error occurs?

• What error message are you getting when a BSOD occurs? Kindly please provide a screenshot.

• Have you already tried to update your Display driver?

In the meantime, we would like you to provide us with some answers first to the questions above. In order for us to provide you with a more accurate solution.
