    I've received a sales offer from fifa and when i finished my pre purchase, the price was different...

    Here is the picture with the price that i saw... BR$312,00

    and the amount charged was BR$ 350,10 (order n. 1454652168)

    Hello Gamers, i have a question concerning FIFA 19. I preordered the Fifa 19 Standart Edition, but i would like to have the Ultimate Edition, is it somehow possible to cancel the preorder or exchange the standart edition for the ultimate edition?

    As per investigation done by EA sports against my gamertag account. it seems that my FIFA 19 ultimate Edition purchase haven't get updated with my gamertag account properly. EA provide this Case: 43539406 for Xbox live team reference. Please refresh
    my gamertag account status from your end.

    Hi guys, I pre ordered Fifa 22 Ultimate edition a while ago to get the pre order benefits, but on my games it says i have only pre ordered the standard edition. Do i get the ultimate edition benefits on release day? Or has something gone wrong? thank you.

    I bought Ultimate edition of fifa 19 and the game loads perfectly fine and all the bonus content got downloaded as well. But it is not reflecting in the game.

    I contacted EA. I did follow up them a lot.

    After their investigation this what they responded.

    When pre ordering games through Xbox store you will be charged up to 10 days prior to the games release. Currently, Fifa 19 release date is 9/25/18.
