My pre ordered punch card is not showing purchases

Since only one of your pre-orders were made during the offer period, you have only been awarded one punch. Only pre-orders made during the offer period are eligible for that offer. However, I can confirm your recent eligible purchase is not being marked
correctly as "You pre-ordered". We will alert our web team to this issue, but this will not affect Rewarding.

The first one I was curious about is the pre order punch card. Does that only go into effect once you pre order three titles? or will you see the progress of pre orders. Because I have two games pre ordered at the moment

And then my other purchases I guess are irrelevant in this case

Yeah, it kinda sucks, but that's how it is. The rewards punch cards are to get people to try games they might not have otherwise. It's a promotion between Microsoft and the company for whos game it is. The same situation applies on purchasing games
vs pre-ordering. If you pre-order and a punch card comes out, it's ineligible to earn that punch card. Sucks because I do love earning the points but I realize that it's to incite those that wouldn't otherwise buy the product, and not reward those that are
already on board.

Since your purchase of Resident Evil was not a pre-order, it was not eligible for the Games on Demand punch card. We see punches for your other purchases. Keep in mind that it takes up to 96 hours for us to receive and process new activity. We see that you
have received payback for your MyVIP eligible purchases. Keep in mind that game consumables and pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP.

The body of the Games on Demand page is not your punch card. Your punch card is the 1 - 2 - 3 at the top of the page. The body of the page is just to show you what games you have left for purchase. Since the game is very near to being released, that title
has been marked as released. If you have purchased your copy as a pre-order, it will appear as a punch at the top of the page. Keep in mind that it takes up to 96 hours for us to receive and process new information, so that purchase has not yet been processed.
