    My Pre-Order Was Refunded & I Can't Pre-Order It Again.


    So, I pre-ordered the Hogwarts Legacy Digital Deluxe Edition for Xbox series S a few months ago and I just got an email saying my pre-order was refunded. I didn't refund it, it just happened randomly. I got my $113 dollars back, and I'm trying to pre-order it again. But every time I try I get a message saying "Oops. Not sure what happened there. Please try again later." along with a code that keeps changing. What's going on? Why was my order refunded? Why can't I pre-order it again?

    I went to my Xbox account in went to the Xbox store in bought it and then I downloaded it to my Xbox. Hopes this works for you :)

    Hello again, since the game has been delayed from release by the developer and is unavailable on the store and the release has been pushed back to April 4th, 2023, it should go on pre-order soon.

    Hello Nijonibi, I'm sorry about what happened with your pre-order, but in cases like this there might have been some problem with the system and he couldn't make the charge.

    As you are trying to make new purchase attempts and this error is appearing, I suggest you wait.

    As the purchase system is fully automatic on the Microsoft platform, if you make too many attempts the system may block your account for security purchases.
