    My Pre Order was Cancelled but I didn't get my money back


    I pre ordered back 4 blood Deluxe Edition on Febuary 25th, and It got cancelled by xbox. I haven't gotten my money back, and it's been over a week and a half since it got cancelled. Did this happen to anyone else? And is there a solution? Because I've submitted support tickets and I keep getting told it has been refunded. Any help?

    I paid to pre order a game around this month and I just an email that I will be charged again, why am I being charged for something i paid to own and play

    I asume that if I cancel my pre order I won’t get my money back

    Pre-ordered, hope this goes through <3 Although I do have a question for anyone who's pre-ordered from HMV before;

    If they do end up cancelling the pre-orders for this because of the pricing error, would I get my money back or given £9.90 as credit on the HMV website instead?

    If you cancel your pre-order you will get your money back since it's not yet released.

    What’s up with me having to buy the game again and why cant I get a refund?

    It charged my card for the pre-order back in september. It took 105.99 dollars out of my bank account. My order was canceled as you said within 10 days. But i never got my money back. There is money i need to be refunded. I had to buy the game again. Spending over 210 dollars
