My pre order reward mission not showing 2 out of 3

Ive pre ordered Sea of thieves and Far Cry 5. Only 1 of the mission things is showing. I want to pre order Kingdom come deliverance as well but im not gonna bother if i then have to pre order another game to get it. Thanks

Pre-orders not showing up towards "My Missions"

I have Call of Duty WW2 and Start Wars Battlefront 2 pre-preordered.... But it is not showing up on my "pre-order 3" mission...

 

Question About "Punch it up with digital pre-orders" Promotion

Hello,

The "Punch it up with digital pre-orders" missions currently in place is not showing all of my pre-orders, it acknowledges that I had pre-ordered Titanfall 2 and Watch_Dogs 2 but Dead Rising 3 is still showing a "Pre-order now" button (Which I have pre-ordered
a while back.)

Could you please confirm or advise how to rectify this issue please, the extra reward credits from this mission would be appreciated.

I was asked to fill this in and there's still no response.

 

Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST and they typically respond to threads from oldest to newest so it can take a few days to receive a response.

As stated in the FAQ for this offer, you must make three eligible pre-orders during the offer period to complete this offer. Since one of your purchases was not within the offer period, you have not yet progressed this offer.
