    Hi,

    I pre-ordered my 3rd game : Dead Rising 4, but doesn't count as a pre-order, and i have not recieved the 15000 points reward posted in my missions. Please can you rectify this situation.

    Purchases take up to 96 hours to process, so your order has not yet been picked up by our system. However, only pre-orders made during the offer period are eligible for this offer. Since your purchase of Final Fantasy XV was made before the offer period,
    it was not eligible for a punch. Your purchase on the 14th of November is currently your only eligible processed purchase.

    I pre-ordered the Gears of War 4 console today, eeep, I couldn't stop myself so looking forward to that.

    The only game on my original list I don't currently have pre-ordered is Dead Rising 4.
