I pre-loaded Resident Evil 7 a few days ago. After I pre-ordered the game I checked the rewards program to see if it had counted for the mission to pre-order three games before the 31st of December. It hadn't counted yet but I figured it just needed some
time to update.

Today I checked the rewards page again and I saw it still hasn't recognized my pre-order for the game. When I click on the button that links me to the store page for the game it sends me to the page that shows the bundles. Clicking on the standard edition
reveals that I did indeed pre-order it.

I purchased the game through PayPal and today I received an email about how I will not be charged until 10 days before the game is released. Could this have something to do with it? If so, that doesn't really seem fair since this is literally the first time
they have done something like this. I have pre-ordered through my PayPal account before and I was always charged within a few days so there was no way for me to know about this. I would have bought thr game with funds from my Microsoft account had I known
about this.

I hope I can be given some information here. Thanks in advance.

Rewards mission didn't update

Hi,

I bought Resident Evil 7 in pre-order in January 13 and my rewards mission wasn't properly updated.

Pre-order Punch card

I have pre-ordered 3 of the games on the Pre-Order punch card reward. (Resident Evil 7, Halo Wars 2 and Mass Effect: Andromeda)

But the page only shows me as pre-ordering Resident Evil 7.

So at the moment it looks like I won't get the rewards points for pre-ordering these games.

Any help?

From our FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order. However, you will not receive your Rewards Credits until 96 hours after ALL of the games you pre-ordered have released. If Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is one of your chosen titles,
you will not receive your Reward until 96 hours after the game’s release date on January 23, 2017.

This is why you have not yet received a punch for your Resident Evil purchase. Your paypal payment method is not causing an issue with your purchase.

I pre-ordered Resident Evil 7 weeks ago and it still has not shown up in my punch-card. It is the last of the 3 I need to complete the reward mission. If someone can look into it. Thanks.

Note: doing the calculations again with the percentages, it seems that only one of the pre orders has backtracked. When I was 91% last time, I pre ordered Resident Evil 7 Ultimate to get the last $90 I needed to rank up, which I did, and now it seems the
system unrecognized it.

Your Resident Evil purchase is not punching. As mentioned in our FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order. However, you will not receive your Rewards Credits until 96 hours after ALL of the games you pre-ordered have released. If Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is one of your chosen titles, you
will not receive your Reward until 96 hours after the game’s release date on January 23, 2017.

Therefore it is too early to receive a punch for your purchase of Resident Evil 7.

Since your third punch is from your pre-order of Resident Evil, you will receive those Credits around the end of January. Your purchase of Skyrim was not a pre-order, and did not award a punch, so without the Resident Evil punch you are at two out of three
punches.
