    My power a pro fusion 2 controller is saying that there is a headset plugged when theres not and when i plug my headset in it only works on one side i have tried a different headset and it was doing the same thing then i tried a different xbox same result i just need to know how to fix this

    Powera pro controllers are made by a 3rd party, not Microsoft. You might want to check their support page for any troubleshooting tips that might help, as well as submitting a request to help you with your issue too. https://www.powera.com/support/

    Could you give more details about what happens when you try to use the controller?

    Have you tried contacting the developers, as they should update the controller drivers to be compatible on each new update if they aren't

    Yes I am using the original Xbox one, the earphones that I am using do not have volume control directly, it's actually the controller that I use ( Power A fusion Pro 2) that has a mute a and volume control function on it.
