    Xbox Live Rewards points not transfered

    My Xbox Live Rewards points were not transferred on the 30th of March like they were supposed to, I was wondering why that’d be, I have 20k points hoping to get them into currency

    Can't transfer points to family members

    I'm having the same issue. Its been 24 hours since I transferred points but they still have not shown up on the other account. The points were removed from my account initially but now they showing in my balance again.

    This is the Xbox Live Rewards forum. It looks like you are asking about Microsoft Rewards, as we see that you only have 250 Credits in your Xbox Live Rewards account. Or you may incorrectly be thinking that your gamerscore is convertible into Credits. Your
    gamerscore is not your current Credit amount. Either way, we see that since you are only at 250 Credits, you are beneath the 1000 pending Credit minimum required for a deposit. If you are asking abut Microsoft Rewards, you would have to contact their
    support for more assistance.

    nothing can be transfered between accounts

    the only way to transfer ms points is to create a family plan and transfer the ms points via allowances they only allow set amounts and you will pay 99 so i'd just spend the points if i were you

    I added microsoft points to the wrong account!

    If you've had points transfered before i suspect that was a one off as you've never been able to transfer points between accounts unless your were on the family pack.

    You didn't mention if you were on the Family Gold Plan or not. If you are not then you can not transfer ms points to anyone. If you are then only the primary account can transfer ms points.
