My Points havent been deposited yet and its been 3 days since the 15th

I havent got my 52,000 points yet and its been 3 days since the 15th and there is a sale on ark and i dont want to miss it.

Xbox Live rewards deposit

I want to deposit my 5500 Microsoft points to money in my account how come it hasn't yet deposited its been 3 days and it says it deposits every 15th to 30th a month please help

Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. Generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the
15th of the next month. In order to have the credits deposited on the first deposit of this month (which took place on the 10th), the credits would have had to be pending before the 1st. If they were pending after the 1st, they should be scheduled for the
deposit on the 24th.

well since it's already scheduled to be deposited is it going to be the 15th or 30th or what and it's not even showing pending yet and its been about 96 hours

snap it states once you have reach a total of 5,000 each 5,000 will automatically be deposited at the 15th or 30th of each month i have 14,500 and mine same again was supposed to of been deposited by today yet america is 5 hrs ahead of uk gb yet still its
15th its almost 7pm and still nothing no sign of my reward points either let alone my points or vip rewards that i have not recieved since 2014 yup lived and raged and annoyed so can totally see where your coming from aswell id like to know when reward points
will be credited

There is no date being shown since the end of month deposit is currently being processed, and the next deposit date has not yet been scheduled. Since you have already been scheduled for a deposit due to being over 5000 pending Credits, there is no need to
request a deposit, and that button has been removed. Your Credits that were pending before the 15th of this month have been deposited in this recent deposit cycle.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. They haven't been deposited yet because you haven't reached that point. Since you do have over 1,000 credits, you can request a deposit on the
MyRewards section of the site and they will be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.
