In most rewards, you need to wait to receive an email with a code that you must redeem manually. Just keep in mind that the email may take up to 24 hours to arrive, so if that time period hasn't passed yet, it's advisable to wait. Also, make sure to check your spam/junk folder in case it's there.

If more than 24 hours pass without you receiving the email then I recommend going to the order history of your Microsoft Rewards account using the following link and pressing the "Resend" button to have code sent to you by email again:

If you still don't receive the email after doing this or if it doesn't appear in your order history, then it's necessary for you to contact Microsoft Rewards Support directly for assistance through the following link:

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. We only schedule deposits automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your Credit event that pushed you over this amount occurred on the 19th, you should therefore expect your deposit in the mid-month deposit this month.

Yes this problem is still occurring this is October 7th., And I still have not received my 1-month auto redemption from GPU either… They took my 10,500 points and it showed rewards would redeem OCTOBER 1st and I have not received it. Now my GPU has expired and I have been waiting days for it to appear and it has not I am refusing to spend 16.99$ when they have taken my rewards points without giving me the subscription.

On the rewards app, i have the auto redeem on for the £5 gift card and it’s taken the point of my account but hasn’t given me the 5 pounds. I used the rest of my points for a £10 gift card on the app and that worked.

The points have now been given back instead of giving the £5 gift card

There is no "early withdrawal" it is a manual deposit request. A manual deposit is available when you have between 1,000 - 4,999 points. All a manual deposit request does is initiate a deposit on the next deposit cycle. If you requested it on the 11th then
they should deposit sometime around the 30th of April. There is no way to get them before that time.
