1388376299 is the ticket from microsoft rewards. their support said the deposit never reached their after showing them a screen shot of the rewards from xbox rewards page they referred me here to find them

It says it may not deposit until the promotion has ended the 50000 points from the holiday deal at microsoft store.

My Xbox Live Rewards credits never got deposited into my Microsoft Account

Hi,

I was referred here by Microsoft support to inquire about my missing Xbox Live Rewards deposit. I had 5250 Xbox Rewards points and 200 VIP points that were supposed to have been deposited to my Microsoft Account last month in the form of my current currency.
As of today, there has been no deposit. I would appreciate any help.

Since promotional currencies are used first from your Microsoft Account, we see that your deposit of 50,250 on January 11th was used on January 13th as partial payment in your 12,000 Madden Points purchase. A log of your purchases can be found on the commerce
site at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where our deposits are listed as a refund with a negative amount.

I haven't even purchased the 3 month subscription using my points and it still dissapeared for me. The sale was supposed to end at the end of April, but it's gone.

I also contacted support and they sent me here too. I was told we were suppose to recieve it November 1st and it is now November 5th I'm getting pissed because they are so quick to charge us for anything but make it a mission to resolve an issue.

Points rewarded in the 15-30th of the month will be deposited on the 15th of the next month. So, your points should be deposited on December 15th! This information can be found in the FAQ section of the Rewards website.

Actually to clarify the 50000 points were from the Xbox one S offer not the "my vip star rank". And I don't believe the "billing cycle" rule applys to the "my missions" rewards points.
