    I renewed my live gold on april 18, 2017 and the purchase points were not computed. Renewal of live gold does not imply gaining points?

    Yeah I did purchase it the day before. So any purchase made before the release date doesn't count towards the VIP point back system?

    The rewards program does not award credits based on gamerscore. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.
