I've completed the Destiny survey promo for 6000 pints but its not registering that I pre-ordered the game. I am attaching the links so you know what I'm talking about.

so if someone can please add that as completed so I can get my points it would be greatly appreciated.

why are my 250 points not here yet for the survey

 

Not receiving credit for purchaes

Hi,

I've noticed that recently I've not been receiving rewards credit for purchaes made. I've purchased 2 games (Life is Strange pt.1 and Destiny 2) but the only points showing up in my account relate to the survey.

Any ideas?

 

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

 

Also, the offer does state that preorders are not eligible. So you purchases would not qualify.
