    Hi there Tep welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Have you tried uninstalling and installing the app? Or logging off of it?

    • Does this happen with only one game or all of your games?
    • May I know the troubleshooting steps performed by you so far?
    • Which version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type: winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit Enter.

    I finished that Achievement and it really isn't as difficult or dedicated as I thought it would be. After enough playtime you're going to have a lot of Awards close to Platinum and only have to polish them off.

    i don't know if true achievements a third party website backtracks when signing up but you can view how much playtime you have done for each game, but i have no idea if it gets data from before you registered, but it does backtrack all your achievements.

    Why don't my achievements show up on Facebook (on web) plus it tells me when on web Facebook my xbox live app it tells me there is an error ?

    That still isn't an explanation as to why the official xbox app for facebook website doesn't work. I checked it's settings and it's still accessing my data, but isn't showing it up anywhere through the app.

    Will Xbox please supply an official explanation, fix this broken app or provide a new means of sharing achievements etc. on Facebook website?
