My physical order for a controller charger is late

My order, by this time, is late by a whole MONTH and what's worse, every time I try to contact MS support through chat, they will tell me that the problem is not related to their department. Doesn't matter whether I choose Xbox, Microsoft Store, Billing or Hardware, they will always try to redirect me somewhere else. Trying to give my phone number for a callback doesn't work either because "something went wrong on our end". So, since Microsoft rather buries my problem away and doesn't provide an email address to contact them, I'm starting to think they're trying to rob me of my money instead.

But, here I am, seeing if I can get help this way. If not, suing Microsoft is starting to seem more attractive with every passing day.

I am truly sorry to know about your situation and to resolve your issue you will need to get in touch with the sales department directly. To do so, you will need to post your issue on the social media platform for your case to be directed to the right department. Unfortunately, won't be able to direct you to the sales department which is why I highly advise you to try posting on Twitter for further assistance regarding this.

Charger? This is a wired controller. I want to know if it's fake or not, it doesn't matter if it's too late or whatever irrelevant argument you have.

I bought the controller for my pc and there were no chargers or cable in the box. So I am connecting the controller to pc with a USB cable for this. Is there a charger kit?
