My son's phone number was used to buy games from Microsoft and the bill was debited on my account as I pay for his phone bills. what surprises me is that we do not have an xbox but a ps4 so there is no way my son bought those games. Tried to use his email
address to log on to his Microsoft account but nothing was bought on there so just wondering how that happened. Now trying to give the phone number to Microsoft to find out what's going on the just want the email address only so what's really going on.

Are you positive the purchase was from your phone? Does anyone else have access to it? They can check where the purchase was made if you call support. That would be your first step towards proving fraud. I would contact your bank as well so they are aware.

If you contact Microsoft support they will be able to refund you any money that was taken

This is a community forum so no one here has access to your account. You can check your transactions at http://account.microsoft.com to see what the transactions are for, try to
get refunds, and remove the card from your account. But you would have to contact support directly to speak to someone in billing.

I hope not. I don't want Microsoft to have my CC number. I use cards for subscriptions and points. I'd actually like to see points used for Windows Phone so I can buy games without my CC.
