If you haven't already, you would want to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http;//support.xbox.com/contact-us

Then you can go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.

Even with an unauthorized access investigation, it does not guarantee the ban will be lifted depending on the severity of the actions.

Ok i got to the persons xbox live account and this is the persons account who hacked me. I cant sign in to sirpepperco anymore now.

I ave to wait that guy hacked me and got my account banned from xbox live and now got my sign in block but microsoft is doing a bad job finding the person

ive been hacked twice and i got a full refund and then they took it back off me because the person who hacked me was my brother
