My persona 5 royal keeps saying its corrupted. Desperate support needed.

As you are having a problem with system permissions, right-click on the file or folder and click on Properties. Click on the Security tab. Expand Component Services > Computers > My Computer.
Right-click My Computer and select Properties. ...
Click the COM Security tab.
In the Access Permissions area, click Edit Limits. If it doesn't solve it, I don't see a solution because the files are corrupted, if the save is in the cloud you can still access it with the signature.

Hello Diego, save is accessed through the app with your account logged into the PC, this may be some xbox app bug, try to check if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 22H2.

1 - Type cmd (Command Prompt) in the search bar of the Start menu and then click Run as administrator.

2 - Enter chkdsk /f/x/r/v

Being in use the system will ask if the user wants to check the chosen drive after reboot. Just type S and restart the computer.

But as a quick update, right now there is a known issue affecting persona 5 royal in all platforms

That happened to me, but an update to the game fixed it & now they appear normally. Check for an update.
