My Permanent Suspension

Hello Microsoft & Xbox Community. It has been one day since my permanent ban over using innapropiate language to another player. Over this past day I've come realise the intensity of this situation and the harm Ihave done to other players that resulted in my indefinite

suspension.

Understanding the rules of Microsoft and their enforcement team, I realise that no player should ever have to experience hate or vulgar language geared torwards them while on their platform. I regret what I've done sincerely. If there was a way to take back what I said, I would. But I cannot.

The only way I can truly make this right, is to reach out to the player and formally apologise for my actions.

In the end, the Microsoft Enforcement team's purpose is to make the Microsoft community wholesome and without negativity. By doing this I foremost express my apologies to the player whom I have affected and have the hateful language I spoke to them obsolete. This in my eyes being the only way to make things positive between me and those affected by my wrongdoings. A ban will not issue to the player my thought, and empathy of the language I have used.

This saddens me to have to go like this, a customer of the platform whom has been dedicated for over 10 years pouring hundreds of dollars and thousands of

hours into this account over those years.

Im sure alot of you would understand the impact this has on not only my life of gaming, but my life in general instead.

This is most likely my last appeal as I have already had my case removed and I cannot even access my suspensions through my enforcement history. I hope the enforcement team can make one final reachout to discuss with me how I can make things right, and If it is still possible to retrieve my account from death.
