    My permanent ban to be lifted please


    Hello my names Alexis and I've been with xbox for almost 7 years. I've made lots of friends and memories playing xbox live. I've spent lots of time and money as well but most importantly I found my new hobbie my escape from the real world but the worse thing happened I got banned for market place fraud. Of course this means I get permanently banned and lose all my hard earned items and progress. I just wish to know what i did I promise I would never steal anything and if I did it wasn't intentional. Xbox live or anyone really who can help please help me get my account back I have to much to lose for something I didn't do I promise if I did steal i didn't mean to and I'm sorry I filled the report for a case review but nothing I know there's other people out there with probably the same issue and I should wait my turn but my xbox is the only way I connect with other people I just hope xbox enforcement can give me a chance to fix what I did wrong and maybe one day if everything goes okay ill be back on the field with my fellow xbox comrades playing Fallout 76 or Rainbow six siege.

    I've never heard of them stating that, so either they changed their messaging or it's still under review. Typically you'll get a decision that states either Decision Overturned or Decision Upheld.

    You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    I did file one but its says not approved does that mean I cant do anything or has it not been approved and they will get to it?
