Discus and support my pdp controller keeps disconecting in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have a XBOX SERIES X|S & PC NEON WHITE CONTROLLER and it turning off when the cable is pushed or touched I have not thrown it or hit it I dont know...     I have a XBOX SERIES X|S & PC NEON WHITE CONTROLLER and it turning off when the cable is pushed or touched

    I have not thrown it or hit it I dont know why its doing this can someone please help its on windows and is not bluetooth I dont use it on xbox I think its a hardware peroblem

    it is either a faulty cable or faulty usb on the controller, had this before, common issue with all controllers when using a cable. contact pdp for warranty or the store you purchased from.

    as far as I can tell the Pdp controllers only have a 3.5mm jack so if your headset has that jack, then I'd say it would work, otherwise you may need an adapter.

    Is your headset wired or wireless? The short answer would be yes. I check PDP's website and it says their Xbox controllers have a standard 3.5 mm jack for headsets, so you should be golden. The only non-compatible headsets listed on
