My PC was hacked and it ultimately closed my microsoft account

Last night my PC got hacked and I ultimately had to hard reset everything because they put a password to admin and I could not reset my PC while keeping my personal files. I tried to log in to my microsoft account only for it to say that it did not existed. I have proof that it was the correct email as I received emails from microsoft and I have products such as minecraft that is associated to that account that I could also no longer access. I cannot contact support, or anything as apparently calls are not available for my issue. I did not get any notification that someone opened my account or that it was deleted, it just disappeared on its own. I now have a new microsoft account using the same email in case a microsoft agent reads this, but I previously did have an account with that email address that was wiped out from your system. If you need prove that I had that account, I have it. Im just mostly concerned about losing my minecraft because I migrated my Mojang to microsoft. I also already contacted minecraft and they told me to contact microsoft support, so this community thread is my last resort to getting some form of help.

I also cannot use the recovery form because it seems like my account was completely wiped from the system

Sadly, when I initially tried to get help from microsoft, they recommended me to create a new account since i couldnt access any support without a microsoft account thus the creation of the new account with the same email.

Opening a second account with the same email may create issues in accessing the first account as email address is the primary identifier for a Microsoft account

I contacted minecraft support and gave them full details, but they could not do anything and told me to contact microsoft which has given me no help so far.

I also have the same issue. Many hours spent trying to get help from microsoft, which is the worst experience ever, but it seems that if you buy microsoft products or back up your data on onedrive you risk losing it all, and microsoft will do nothing to help, they just don't care. Surely if you've paid for minecraft they have a legal obligation to provide that?
