    My PC had to be sent back as it failed, I can't use activation code from CD Keys now as it...


    I now can't play Flight Simulator after spending a lot of money on it as my PC broke down and I therefore could not de-install the application. I thought I would just need to put the activation code in but that doesn't work as it tells me the code has already been used.
    I can't use the normal method of choosing from the MS store or from Steam as I bought the code from CDKeys.
    I have asked CD Keys for support but they have come back to me and said that Microsoft need to sort it out for me.

    Hi,

    Once you redeem a key (regardless of what website you bought it from), it remains attached to the system you redeemed it to, Windows Store, Steam, Epic, EA Store/Origin. You don't need to redeem it again. All you need to do is log back in to the software you redeemed the code and download the game again.
