My PC Game Pass Games won't launch after the game crash

hi, so i just got this problem and it's annoying.

so i launch this game title Hot Wheels Unleashed on XBOX App for pc (PC Game Pass) and then the game crash wihout log, so i tried to launch again then have this error message "You’re at the limit for the number of devices that can be used with games and apps from the Store."

then i check it on my microsoft account, and it's only 1 device that registered (this device that i use it right now)

is there any fix to this ? tried to restart the computer, change time and date automatic to on and also time zone automatic also on, verify files for the game, all of it not working

Please try the following:

- Open Microsoft Store

- Go to settings and turning on Offline Permissions.

Also check https://account.microsoft.com/devices/content to remove any old devices.

Please make sure that the account that you're using in the Microsoft Store is the same that you use in the site

yes, i also did that. or is it because my account have pending payment for pc game pass this month ? i tried to cancel my subs but the status still pending

Did you tried to logout and login again with your account in the Microsoft Store?
